Within the next two weeks, we expect Blast to be client-ready.

Bug Fixes
HIGH: CRUDy Generating Zipwhip Webhooks is Breaking
MEDIUM: Report History Queue Time & Display is in UTC and not Account's timezone
User Initiated Outbound Send Message Form
We have updated the way users can initiate an outbound message to a mobile contact they haven't interacted with before.
The user will simply have to mention the bot with the word "message" and it will bring up an interactive form in the messaging window.
"@SMSBot message" - would pull up the card to the left and allow the user to select their outbound line, put in the mobile number, type in their message, and hit send.
Upon send we will create the conversation in RingCentral and send the message to the mobile user. The send form also disappears after send.
