System-Curated Opt In Lists By Line
To continue help clients in managing their opt in/out statuses for their contacts, we have introduced a feature where our system will generate and auto-curate contacts that have explicitly opted in for each of their phone lines.
What Does That Mean Really?
For each line that client has setup in our new platform, we will automatically create a Contact List in their account. Additionally, the list will be automatically updated and curated by our system.
As contacts opt-in, our system will automatically add them to the list.
If a contact opts-out, our system will automatically remove them from the opt-in list.
A list will exist for each line that a client has text-enabled on their account.
Clients will not be able to manually edit this list.
We have added a new column on the Contact Lists page that indicate if it is a System List.
Blast Updates
We have made a number of finishing touch fixes and polish in place for the new Blast product. At this point, we are comfortable onboarding clients to the new Blast. A coordinated rollout of the new product will be in tandem with the rollout of our new pricing and sign up flows.
International, Short Codes & Sinch Support
We have integrated with Sinch's SMS API to allow us to send messages via that carrier. It opens up our ability to send international messages and short code support.
NOTE: The Sinch integration is still awaiting our webhook configuration for message statuses and receipt.
