QR Code Generator for Keyword Responders
You can now easily generate QR codes for Keyword Responders!
We have added a new feature to Keywords that allows you to generate and download a QR Code for the Keyword. When the QR Code is scanned, it will open the SMS messaging app on your phone with the Keyword prepopulated in the send box. All the mobile user has to do is hit send.
If you have a Keyword Responder that is set up on multiple lines, you will need to generate a QR Code per outbound line by simply selecting the appropriate line from the dropdown at the top of the form.
NOTE: This functionality is a feature that has to be toggled on for accounts, so our clients will not automatically see it. We are in the process of determining pricing as we plan on testing pricing with some of our direct SMB clients.
Hours of Operation - Copy Hours Across Days
We have updated the UI for setting the Hours of Operation to make it easier to apply the same hours to multiple days. Instead of needing to copy the same hours across days, we flipped the UI and allow you to set your hours of operation and then simply check which days the schedule applies to.
For example, if you have Monday - Friday hours from 9am - 5pm but Saturday - Sunday hours of 9am - 12pm, then all you would need to do is set up two schedules, one for the weekdays and one for the weekend and select the appropriate days.
Group Messaging - Multi-Avatar Sidebar Display
To make better use of space in the Conversation Sidebar inbox, we updated the display of multiple avatars for Group Messages to take up the same footprint of space as a single avatar while also providing an at-a-glance visual differentiation of Reply-All Group Messages vs. standard conversations.
This view also consolidates the notification dot to show only once and provides a hover info display of additional information about the contacts in the Group Message.
