Blast Updates
This week was some of the loose ends for Blast:
Stopping & Restarting campaigns
Implemented the do not send window for accounts
Fixed some campaign status bugs
Resend User Invitations
Now, if a user did not get the original invite email or the original invitation expired (invitations expire after 72 hours), you can now resend an invite to a user. This will invalidate their previous invitation and send them a new invite email.
To use this, simply go to the User Management page and you will now see a Reinvite button next to users who have not yet claimed their invitation.
Line Opt In/Out Report
We have rolled out a new report that allows users to see who has opted in or out on the lines within their account. This can be found by going to the Reporting page.
Textel Account Manager (CRUDy) Updates
We made a number of updates to the new platform's Account Manager.
As we work to finalize the pricing for our new platform and prepare to roll out Blast and other usage related reporting, we needed a way to enter in some information about a client's billing plan into our platform. More to come here...
We have added filters on the Users page to make it easier to find users within a specific account, status, role. The filters can be found at the top of the Users page.
We fixed a bug that prevented the Time Zone from being saved at the time of account creation.
Minor Updates
We have updated our platform logging to have more details for monitoring and triaging.
We have added a method that allows us to subscribe to the Send webhooks for Zipwhip portal customers to capture messages sent in the portal.
