Adjustable Blast Send Window by Account
Clients will now have the ability to adjust the send window that is applied to their account. By default, our system enforces a send window of 9am to 9pm, which is the strictest application of the allowable send windows by State.
Many clients have asked for the ability to apply a narrower window, e.g. clients who want to make sure their employees do not send Blasts past 5pm so they can have appropriate staffing for responses.
This feature can be access on the Manage Account page. There is a new section under Account Settings that provides some context and offers a start and stop time selector to allow the client to define their custom send window within the TCPA enforced one.
NOTE: This setting will only apply to Blasts set up AFTER the setting is updated.
