CRUDy Updates
Deactivating Account Behavior
Prior to this release, in order to fully deactivate an account and user access, you had to update the statuses on each of them. In this release, when you set an Account status to inactive or deleted we will do the following:
Users in the account - their ability to log in or use the API will be shut down
Any scheduled messages on the account will be canceled
Warning messages on the Account, User, Lines pages to make sure our internal team knows when it was inactive
Add Line Permissions to Admins on Line Creation
When we create a new customer line, the permissions are adding to the account. The line permissions are now added to the existing admins in the account.
Line Intelligence Progress (Feature will be renamed for clients)
We made a lot of progress on this new feature in this release. We are one release away from launching this feature fully in production.
This feature will be a paid add-on for clients as there is cost associated for using it.
Integrate with our carrier endpoints to check the line intelligence type on a contact's phone number
Store the results of those lookups in our datatables
Updated our send logic to prevent sending to contacts whose phone number is marked as NotTextEnabled
Added a treatment to our UI (similar to opted out contacts) where users will not be able to compose messages to contacts whose number is NotTextEnabled
The items that are left include:
Adding a column on the Contacts page
Adding the data to a Contact export
