Capacity Bot Routing Page
For any client who has the Chat Bot product enabled, they will then see a new product in their rail navigation of the Textel platform. This page, accessed using the Capacity logo, will display all of the lines in the account that the user has access to and its current bot configuration status.
This will communicate which lines in their account are bot enabled and the specific routing type configured. In this sprint, we are hooking up the Configure button on this page that will allow the user to enable or disable bot settings on the line.
This will give clients the ability to have some control over which lines they want to enable with a Guided Conversation flow and how, e.g. Incoming Catch-all or only for a Keyword-Driven trigger.
CRUDy Updates
Configure Bot Settings on a Line
Within CRUDy, you can now configure the bot settings on a line. This includes specifying if the line is Bot Enabled and selecting the routing type, e.g. if it is an Incoming Catch-All routed to a specific Guided Conversation flow or if it is a Keyword-Driven set up where only a specific keyword triggers a Guided Conversation.
Bug Fixes
CRITICAL - Responder Actions not saving - we have fixed an issue that was preventing existing responders with actions from being updated as well as the creation of new ones.
