Added Beamer to Collect NPS Surveys & Display Client-Facing Release Notes
The Capacity platform is using an embedded tool called Beamer that allows us to selectively collect NPS surveys from our users, directly inside of the Capacity console. In addition, that same code allows us to publish client-facing release notes to users, directly in the interface.
In this release, we have added this tool to the Textel platform, surfacing the same options to the Textel user base. We will begin collecting NPS surveys from our users and providing direct access to release notes, allowing us to publicize our newly released features on the platform.
NOTES:
Only Textel release notes will display in Textel and Capacity release notes in Capacity
Textel employees (those with textel email addresses) will not see NPS surveys as we have those users segmented out of scoring
Our CCaaS and UCaaS customer base who do not log into the platform directly, will not see these surveys or release notes. Only the admin users on those accounts who may log into the Textel platform directly, will see them. (With that being said, we are exploring the other options like email or texting to this user base to collect the NPS surveys.)
Public API | Bulk Set Persist Values Endpoint for Nice CXone
To make our scripting implementations more efficient and allow for fewer API calls, we have added an endpoint that allows our implementation team to set persist values in Nice in bulk with a single API call instead of one per mobile number.
CRUDy | Add StartPollingOnChatCreation to Nice External Line Config
Our default behavior for lines set up with the Nice Chat integration is that we do not start polling the conversation until an agent is assigned. That works well in a lot of cases, but leaves gaps when a bot is used, specifically the Ask Caller bot feature in Nice.
We have added a new setting on the line page that allows you to toggle on Start Polling on Chat Creation. This will change it from the default behavior. NOTE: This is only needed when using the Ask Caller feature or a native Nice bot feature.
