Display Actual Date & Time Stamps in Conversations
By request, we have added some additional date and time information within Conversations.
In the Conversation Selector panel, we now display the exact date and timestamp of the last message. This replaced the "x days ago" treatment.
We also now group the conversations themselves by day so as you scroll through the conversation history you can see the delineation as to when the Conversations took place.
Updated the Sort Order of Conversations in Selector Panel
In the selector panel of Conversations, we have updated the default sort order on how they are loaded - newest to oldest. This means the conversations with the most recent message will show up at the top.
Report Creator & Report History Interfaces
We have added REPORTING to the new platform. NOTE: This is a feature that has to be turned on for each account.

Added CTRL + Enter Automatic Send Shortcut in Send Box
If you want to automatically send a message without needing to click on the send button, you can now just hit the CTRL + Enter buttons on your keyboard as a send shortcut.
Improved Error Messaging in CRUDy (the Textel Account Manager app)
Since we are expanding the internal team members who are using our internal account manager application for the new platform, we have improved the error messaging that we return when things go awry to help the user determine what to do.

Genesys Communicate | Address Book Integration
The goal of this was to integrate with the Genesys Communicate Address Book so we can create and search external contacts and display the name. This would make it easier for agents who do not know their customer's numbers but know them by name to find and initiate a conversation.
We support an option to search the address book by contact name or phone number, with an auto-suggest as you type
We will pull in any contacts that exist in the Address Book
We also support saving a Textel specific contact
We display the contact name in the conversation history
Genesys Communicate | Normalize Mobile Number Input
We have enhanced the mobile number input box so that it automatically normalizes the data typed or passed in. It will allow users to paste or type:
spaces between numbers
dashes between numbers
parenthesis around numbers
