CRUDy Updates
Nice Account Integration Settings - Our implementation team can now setup the account integration settings needed for a Nice client to be setup on the new platform. They will no longer have to go to Kelly to set these up in the database, but rather can set them up themselves under the Nice tab on the Account page.
To access this section - go to an account, click on the Nice tab at the top of the page, and click the Enable Integration toggle. Doing so will surface the settings that can be set for a Nice account.

isFedRamp (checkbox - default to false)
NOTE: We are wrapping up the last story in CRUDy for configuring Nice line settings. That will be released in the next week or two.
Permission Template Dropdowns - Awhile ago we introduced the concept of Permission Templates in CRUDy to make it easy for Product to create templates for other team members to use when setting up specific types of accounts/users/lines. We have now surfaced these templates in the Product Permissions section in the form of a dropdown. The Product Permissions section will also now be collapsed by default. Simply click on the arrow next to the section title to expand/collapse.
The permission template dropdown will now allow our team to simply select the appropriate template for the Account/User/Line they are attempting to setup
Click apply and it will select the correct permissions
Then you must hit Save to commit the permission updates
NOTE: When setting up a line, you should use the same template applied to the Account/Admin.
The templates are labeled to indicate when they should be used, e.g. RingCentral UCaaS Account/Admin or Platform Account/Admin Default.
Ability for Admins to Edit Line Names
To give our clients greater control on how their lines are named/displayed in our platform, we now allow Admin users to edit the names of the lines in their account. To do this, they simply need to go to the Lines page, and click the edit icon next to the Line Name.
This is a prerequisite to us adding the Line Name as an available Dynamic Parameter in messages.
