Group Messaging Progress

We have made some additional progress on the Group Messaging feature.

We have added a snippet of the last message sent in the conversation to the Conversation Card in the sidebar.
We have updated the sidebar search for conversations to also search by Group Name in addition to contact name and phone number.

Message Authors & Absolute Timestamps

We have made a couple of updates to how messages display in the Message History panel of a conversation.

Message Authors - We now capture which user authored the message and display their name at the top of the message bubble. This will be in place of the outbound number. This was only released last night so earlier messages will not necessarily have the author tag on there. This will be helpful for teams who have multiple people with access to the same outbound line know who authored which message in the conversation.
Absolute vs Relative Timestamps - There is now a new setting on your My Profile page that will allow you to control whether you want to see absolute or relative timestamps on messages when viewing the Message History. Relative is how the platform has been to date, e.g. "3 minutes ago" whereas absolute means it will display the exact time and date, e.g. Jun 20, 2022 8:46PM.

CRUDy Enhancements

NICE CXone Integration Tab on Accounts - We have added tabs to the Account page, the first new one being Nice. When setting up a Nice client in the new platform, you can now specify the account-level Nice settings in CRUDy.
1. First, toggle if the integration is enabled/disabled.
2. Populate the Nice specific fields:
  1. Nice Customer Id
  2. Access Key Id
  3. Access Key Secret
  4. Region
  5. Chat API Version
  6. isUserHub toggle
  7. isFedRamp toggle
NOTE: We do still have one more story to define the line-level Nice settings that is going into the next sprint.

Bugs Resolved

CRITICAL - GetorCreateConversation Query Optimization - One of the more impactful optimizations identified with today's platform load.
MEDIUM - Filter Closed Conversations Not Showing Under "Mine" - When looking at closed conversations, nothing would show up when you also used the Mine filter to show conversations that were assigned to you.
MEDIUM - Transfer Not Updating the Display - When transferring a conversation in the UI, we were completing the transfer, but not updating the UI in real-time to reflect the change. It was only noticeable after a refresh.
