Blast - New Dialer Campaign Type
We are wrapping up another Q3 Roadmap intiative that will help us expand revenue in the CCaaS space by adding a new campaign type to Blast. A Dialer is a built-in piece of functionality to a CCaaS platform that is typically used for voice dialing campaigns. It can be clunkily used to support text dialing campaigns.
Our Blast product already offers a more typical campaign type, allowing clients to schedule one or more messages to be sent at different times to the same recipients. When trying to sell our Blast SKU to CCaaS clients, we often get asked if it also supports "dialer style" mass messaging. To help close more of those Blast upsells, we have added the Dialer campaign type to Blast.
What Does This Mean
It is a a feature flag under Blast, so not all clients will have it activated by default.Â
It will allow clients to import a CSV file template with the following info:
Mobile Number
Message (optional if attachment is provided)
Attachment URL (optional if message is included)
This allows clients to create truly unique messages per recipient in a campaign.
You CANNOT schedule multiple messages to the same contact in the same file/campaign. It is a single message per recipient campaign type.
A client will then specify the start time for when the campaign should be scheduled.
Genesys | Toggle on Agent Text Panel to Determine if a Chat Should be Created
We have added an enhancement to the v2 Genesys CCaaS integration to allow for agents to choose when using the outbound send form, to either start a Genesys chat interaction or only send an outbound message and not create an interaction.
Update Nice CXone Group Messaging Form to Indicate T-Mobile Line Inclusion
T-Mobile is sporadically breaking group messaging, so we updated the group messaging outbound form for Nice customers to indicate if a contact selected as a recipient is a T-Mobile contact.
