Genesys Integration Bug Fixes

In this release, we resolved a number of issues found within our v1.5 conversations version which powers our Genesys apps. The bugs were:

Expand Retry Logic to Handle Closed Conversation Exceptions
Pull Correct Region Data from DB for Every Chat
Communicate App - Login Handshake is Failing on Chrome
