Update Blast to Enable International Sending Through Call Center

• We have updated our existing Blast product to allow the sending of messages using an international outbound line configured to send through a CCaaS/Call Center.

  • It is important to note that this adjustment has been made only for outbound lines that are setup to send through a Contact Center, and in this immediate use case, Nice CXone.

• We have also updated the code to allow sending to international numbers, as long as those international numbers are in the E164 format.

• Sending blasts with domestic lines and toll free have not been impacted.
