Nice InContact Integration Updates

• We have updated our SendFromScriptByLine API endpoint:

  • To allow an empty message body if an attachmentURL is specified. This makes it possible to send only an attachment without requiring a message body.

  • To support a new parameter for "onlyfinal" that will force our status checks for syncing to wait until a terminal/final status is received

• We have added a new internal method to allow for searching contacts
