Transferring Behavior Improvements Between Bot & Live Sessions
To enhance the user experience when a Conversation transitions from a bot session to live or vice versa, we have added more SignalR events to trigger UI updates. These updates will make the transitions much smoother for the user, in real-time, without requiring any page refreshes.
From Live to Bot
Previously, when in a live conversation, if a bot session is triggered or started, we had no indication in the UI without a refresh that the Bot had taken over. We have now implemented the updates so that the message panel updates in real-time as well as the sidebar filtering and display.
From Bot to Live
In a similar fashion, we have updated the UI when a conversation moves out of a bot session and back to live, we now update the message panel in real-time as well as the sidebar filtering and display.
CRUDy Lines Export
On the Lines page in CRUDy, we have added an Export button that will export the lines with some key pieces of data for each line. The export button will abide by any filters or search terms you have applied to the page.
