Added a Note Field on Contacts
We have added a Note field on contacts to allow you to add and store additional information on contacts.
Notes can be added directly on a contact or done in bulk via the import, simply by mapping a column to our new Note column in the contact import.
Edit Contact List Usability Improvement
We have made some improvements to the Edit Contact List modal to help with loading speed, searching, selecting, and scrolling.
When you click the Edit button on a Contact List, it should load faster and in general different actions should be faster. The only noticeable visible change is that we have added checkboxes next to each contact to make it more apparent who you have selected. The double arrow buttons will still move all contacts over regardless of what is checked.
Holiday Auto-Responder
We now have a new type of Auto-Responder called "Holiday" that allows users to select a specific date on a calendar and an associated time (or all day) for the responder to be active.
This has been a sought after request to make it easier to setup specific responders for various holidays, e.g. Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.
All users have to do is:
Go to their Auto-Replies page an in the setup
Select "Holiday" as the schedule type
Select the specific date from the date picker and click OK
Specific "All Day" or a time range
Hit Save
NOTE: This is selecting a specific date (date and year) on the calendar, so it does not carry over year to year.
Internal Billing Message Usage Endpoints
As part of our effort to integrate our platform and Salesforce, we have created new endpoints that will allow a Message usage report across all clients with a Salesforce Id to be queued and then consumed.
This is currently only available via API as our primary objective is to push the Message usage and overage data into Salesforce, but we may enhance it in the future to support getting sent out via email as well.
In the next couple weeks, we will be doing the same thing with User usage and overages.
