Group Messaging Enhancements

For our clients using Reply All Group Messaging in Nice, we made a few enhancements to how it works and is displayed for improved usability.

• Populating the Group Name as a label in Nice chat (this is something that only works under certain paths/scenarios)

• For initiating outbound or when an inbound Group Message comes in, we will post a message to the chat indicating that it is a group message and will display all lines involved.

• Implemented the appropriate routing so if an agent initiates an outbound Group Message, the chat routes directly back to them to claim
