CRUDy | v1 Twilio Line Migration Utility

We have created a utility in CRUDy that will facilitate some aspects of migrating lines that are on our v1 CCaaS platform off of Zipwhip carrier and onto Twilio. It will also update the v1 database directly and deprovision the lines from Zipwhip to help with a seamless transition.

Blast Reporting Update

We have updated the backend of our Blast reports (Blast Summary and Blast Detail) to pull from our MessageReports table that was designed specifically for reporting. The statuses and counts will all now match the graph report and include all available statuses.

Platform Health

1. Foundation | Update GetOrCreateExternalLine and BulkGetOrCreateExternalLines To Use Row Locking - We optimized how we update our external lines table to execute locks in a more efficient way to avoid performance collisions when large contact imports are occuring at the same time as other contact heavy processes.
