Auto-Resize/Rescale Too Large Image Attachments
Carriers place limits on the image sizes you can send outbound. As a result, clients have to have tools sometimes to resize/rescale their images to fit in the under 500KB limit to be able to send. This is particularly problematic if a client is using our mobile web app and attaching pictures.
We have added a feature that will evaluate the size of the image attachment and automatically rescale it to fit within the allowable send limits. It will also provide a preview for you to see prior to sending if you wish.
This will significantly reduce friction for our clients who heavily use images in their messaging.
