Genesys CCaaS and UCaaS Account Integration Settings
We now have full set up support for the Genesys CCaaS integration within CRUDy. This release adds the Genesys Integration settings that are needed at the Account level. In our release last week, we added the ability to set the Genesys settings at the line level.
On the Account page, there is now a Genesys tab, where you should go to enable the integration and specify the type of integration (CCaaS or UCaaS).
When CCaaS is selected, you will need to fill out the following information:
Genesys Organization Id
Region
Client Id
Client Secret
Access Token
PLEASE NOTE: There is a new step when setting up Genesys Communicate (UCaaS) customers. Please enable the integration on this tab and set it to UCaaS.
Optimize the Blast Search Query
We had one or two of our clients whose Blast lists and number of contacts in each campaign were causing the default Blast search query to timeout, resulting in the Blast index page to be blank if no search term was provided. We have done several optimizations to how this query is constructed to support more scale and larger data sets.
