Custom Fields Added to the Contact Export
Last week we added functionality for clients to add custom contact fields to their account and define that data on their contacts. In this release, we now make that information available as part of the contacts export in the UI.
Translation Service Progress
In this release, we set up the Translation Service Database and Tables as well as the Cloud Service set up.
Blast Import (Dialer) Campaign Type - Data Model
One of the Q3 roadmap initiatives is to create a new type of Blast campaign that allows clients to import a list of contacts and messages to send out. This would function similar to how dialers work in the CCaaS platforms. This feature will help us win more Blast upsell deals by offering this option along with our other campaign types.
In this specific release, we set up the data model for the new campaign type and will be working on the rest of the feature in the upcoming weeks.
Capacity Integration | Support for Global Copilot Users
As part of the integration with Capacity to support the Conversation Inbox inside of the Capacity console, we have provided a method to authenticate Capacity global copilot users, using our existing Support User infrastructure on the Textel side.
