Send Message to Multiple Contacts
Users can now send the same message to multiple contacts at once. This will create a conversation for each contact added to the send list.
We have created a new slide out panel overlay for the Create New conversation and this new multi-contact form. This will also be a more mobile friendly approach and will eventually replace all of our form modals across the site.
To prevent overlap with our Blast product, we have capped the recipient count to 20.
NOTE: This does not create a group chat with the selected contacts. It will create an individual conversation for each of the contacts added.
Mobile Optimization
We have done some work to make our platform more mobile-friendly. We have paid specific attention to a few key areas like logging in, our navigation, and the Conversations experience.
Collapsible Menu
Our navigation menu will collapse and can be accesses by clicking hamburger menu icon in the header, providing the user quick access to all of the pages.
Easy Navigation Between Conversation List and Selecting a Conversation
When you are on any page other than Conversations, when new messages come in, we will now display a green indicator dot on the Conversations icon in the rail navigation. This will clear when you view the Conversations page.
Collapsible Conversation Filters
To provide more scrolling space, we added an option to collapse the conversation filters.
Blinking Page Title & Notification Dot
As long as you have Browser Notifications enabled on your profile (to do this, go to your My Profile page in the user menu of the platform), you will now get two additional indicators of new messages.
Blinking Page Title
If a new message comes in while on any page in the platform, the page title will now blink and the text will change, indicating there are new messages. This will only clear when you view the messages.

When you are on any page other than Conversations, when new messages come in, we will now display a green indicator dot on the Conversations icon in the rail navigation. This will clear when you view the Conversations page.

Legacy Blast Update
Updated Blast to support setting webhooks at the Line level. This expands the currently functionality of setting webhooks at the Campaign level. Both options are available, but by default, now webhooks only need to be configured at the line level, with the campaign level being an optional setting on each line. This was done to better support Pearson UK international.
